SST International has more than 50 years of precision machining experience. State-of-the-art CNC equipment, the latest CAD/CAM modeling and manufacturing software, and uncompromising craftsmanship assure the highest quality components and assemblies for our customers. SST partners with its customers to design and fabricate graphite, ceramic, and metal fixtures for most microelectronic assembly processes. These custom fixtures provide precise alignment and heating of components to be processed in SST equipment, as well as other thermal process equipment.

Specifications

Specifications for graphite, ceramic and metal are provided on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the end-use application for the fixture. SST utilizes the highest quality materials available. Isotropic graphite grades are chosen based upon the application. Grain sizes range from 1 micron up to 15 microns. Flexural strengths range up to 16,000 psi (110 N/mm²). Coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) range from 4 to 8 microns/m°C. Post machining purification and coating services are available. SST has over 50 years of experience with the selection and fabrication of graphite materials for a wide variety of thermal processing uses. SST also has broad experience with design, fabrication and use of metals and ceramic materials for semiconductor and microelectronic fabrication uses.
