Training for process engineers, operators and maintenance technicians can be provided at our California headquarters, or at the customer's site. SST maintains an extensive inventory of repair parts for immediate overnight shipment to minimize equipment downtime. Installation check-out, training, warranty and contract service is provided by trained SST technicians located in major market areas. Ongoing process development consulting and support is available on site or via telephone/email.
SST is now offering its Strategic Service Plan. The contracted service plan becomes effective after system warranties expire, and provides regular preventative maintenance visits and emergency service calls for a period of one to three years. “Our customers tell us that their customers require them to have a support plan to maintain system reliability and productivity, ensuring maximum throughput” said Alex Voronel, Director of Global Sales for SST, “This plan fills that requirement by combining preventative maintenance with emergency services, thus providing peace of mind to all systems users”.
